Partner terms
Effective October 20, 2026
The short version. Share Closima honestly, and we pay you a commission each month on what the TCs you send spend. Either of us can end it any time.
1. The program
These terms are between Closima LLC ("Closima", "we") and you, the partner. You're an independent partner, not an employee, agent or joint venturer. You can't sign anything or make promises for Closima.
2. Who counts as your referral
- A business that signs up through your link (closima.com/p/your-name), or enters your code within 30 days of signing up.
- Each business counts once and stays with the first partner credited.
- Your own business, and businesses you or your staff own, don't count.
3. Commission
- Your rate and how long it lasts are set when you're approved and shown on your partner page.
- It's based on what your referrals pay for credits. Free credits, refunds and chargebacks don't count, and a refund after we've paid you is taken off your next payment.
- We pay monthly by ACH or Zelle once a $50 payout threshold is reached, within 30 days after the month ends.
- We need a W-9 before we pay you, and we send a 1099 when the law requires it. You're responsible for your own taxes.
4. Sharing Closima
- Be honest. Don't promise results, legal compliance, or anything Closima doesn't do.
- Don't spam. Email and text only people who've agreed to hear from you, and follow the law (including CAN-SPAM and the TCPA).
- Don't run paid ads on the word "Closima" or on domains that look like ours.
- Use the badge, logos and wording we give you as they are, and only while you're a partner.
- If you're a licensed agent or broker, follow your brokerage's rules on referral payments. If you're a title, escrow or lending company, check your own compliance rules first.
5. Ending the partnership
Either of us can end it any time, by email. We pay what you've earned up to that day, unless it ended because you broke these terms. Take down the badge and logos when it ends.
6. Changes
We may change these terms. We'll email you 30 days before a change to commission takes effect.
7. Other terms
We can decline or end any partnership. Our liability to you is limited to commission you've earned and haven't been paid. Nevada law governs these terms, as in our Terms of Service. Questions? Contact us.
